Welcome to our latest update!
Our biggest news this past month? The launch of Online Bookings 2.0 - a complete reimagining of our Online Bookings feature, alongside new API improvements for AI assistants and virtual reception companies. We've also been charging full steam ahead with Project Bedrock - our most ambitious undertaking ever that's transforming PracticeHub from the ground up with a new, modern framework and fresh new user interface. We had a fantastic Spark Ignite meet-up at our Gibraltar office recently, and it's been awesome seeing several companies developing their own integrations with our platform. We're also super excited to see many of you in person at ChiroEurope in early May!

What's New?
🚀 Online Bookings 2.0
Now Available: Online Bookings 2.0
We've rebuilt our Online Bookings feature from the ground up to enhance new patient conversion and deliver a seamless experience for both patients and practices. With a Streamlined Booking Process and Overhauled User Interface, Game-changing Availability Algorithms, Smarter Cluster Booking, Advanced Marketing Integration, Referral Tracking and Discount Code Capability amongst many other feature additions. Since launching Online Bookings 2.0, we've implemented hundreds of background improvements - from minor tweaks to major upgrades. Including the addition of a legacy toggle for Online Bookings 1.0 and advanced marketing tracking settings. These enhancements further streamline the user experience.

🎨 Customisation Feature: Language Overrides
Online Bookings 2.0 now lets you customise every text element patients see, in any language. Change appointment descriptions, confirmation messages, and more to match your unique practice voice and reinforce your brand identity.

Want to open up a one-off new patient slot? Want to hold special visits on a specific day in the future? Now you can!
✨ Group Appointment Attendance Limits
Set Your Limits
You can now specify the maximum number of attendees allowed for Group appointment types. This gives you better control over your group sessions and helps manage capacity efficiently.
🚀 Major API & Patient Log Update:
Patient Log & API Improvements for Virtual Assistants & AI Integrations
We've upgraded our API to enhance AI and virtual reception integrations with PracticeHub, while also overhauling the patient log section to make it clearer and more intuitive to account for these updates. Third parties can now store files on patient logs, including audio, which means you can access call transcripts and audio of patients directly in your PracticeHub account! We've also rolled out our new API documentation which you can view here. This new documentation also has a few new endpoints, including time-slot availability so third parties can create their own AI scheduling tools directly on top of your account - there's a few in the works, which we'll let you know of in the future.
🔄 Other Platform Improvements:
- ✨ Updated: Exportable Prepaid Packages Report (with new Payment Allocations column).
- 🌎 Added: Hebrew and Malay to our list of supported languages.
🔨 Project Bedrock
While not as visible as our feature updates, Project Bedrock - our infrastructure rebuild initiative - continues at pace:
- An overhaul of our user interface, experience and design as we update to a newer, modernised framework.
- This will be a gradual process that once completed, will allow us to develop our product even quicker.
- We'll be able to bring you the features and improvements you need at speed.
- You'll have access to modern standards of dark mode and a mobile user interface.
- Benefits include: faster page loads, reduction in bugs, and an overall better and smoother PracticeHub experience.
