The Year of Spark - PracticeHub Wrapped 2024
2024 has been an incredible year of growth for PracticeHub and our users.
We've had plenty of wins, lessons, challenges and fun this year, and have immensely enjoyed building our business & product alongside you.
Here’s a breakdown of some of the things we’ve achieved this year
- Introduced our self-titled internal operating system, Spark which drives the vision of our business, service, product and team. I’ll be sharing more about how we run our business with Spark in the coming months.
- Implemented AI into Customer Success with the addition of Kitt
- Further developed our patient app with more features including Stripe payments, packages, advanced scheduling rules and more. We’re averaging a new app release just over once a week.
- Overhauled our integrations page, and added further integrations with High Level, Clinic Convert, DC Funnels, Quiro Hiro and ChiroClub.
- Improved our API and focused on building relationships with third parties. Some notable additions include Chiropractic Outcomes, a much needed outcome tracker for the chiropractic industry, DataPlayer, a healthcare specific reporting platform and BookedSolid, an AI assistant that connects up to your appointment calendar
- Added to our team in Engineering and Customer Success (Dave and Taz)
- Added many more improvements, bug fixes and features
- Formed a new Onboarding hub, headed up by Abby
- Continued to grow our customer base and expanded into even more new countries for the first time (Turks & Caicos was one of our more unique areas)
- Had our first ever full in person team meetup week in June where we did lots of work, planning and importantly had fun
- Introduced a new product feedback tracking portal
- New security measures to keep your data safer
- Automated data exports
- New online bookings 2.0 rewrite ready for release in January
- Carried on from last years refocus on connecting in person with customers, by attending Chiropractic Essentials and ChiroEurope
Customer Obsessed
One of our core values in Spark, is being customer obsessed.
Many of you know and have spoken to Will, who is our head of Customer Success, who took the leap to join in 2018 as our first hire and has remained the omnipresent friendly and reliable face of PracticeHub since.
Faced with the difficult challenges of scaling a company globally, maintaining high standards of customer service whilst being fully remote is no mean feat, and Will has set the standard.
Through 2024, we’ve maintained those excellent standards of service, with a high level of customer happiness (97.5% of support outcomes have been rated 🤩 or 😀) and speedy responses (median 8m 40s support response time )
I also want to thank the rest of our amazing team. Each person's unique talents and skills make us who we are today. Whether building, supporting, or innovating, everyone plays a vital part in living our core value of being truly customer obsessed.
