Upcoming changes to online bookings & conversion tracking
You spoke and we listened!
Over the past few months we have been working on overhauling our online booking widgets and GTM integration for conversion tracking based on feedback we have been receiving from customers and are getting closer to a release date in the new year.
We have focused on two key areas based on the feedback we have received from our customers and users
- Reducing booking churn
- Improved conversion tracking
Some of the changes we have made :
- An overhauled UI and UX, that works great for embedded iFrames, direct links and mobile with the aim of reducing new patient booking churn
- Stripe payment integration directly in the widget - no redirect to a separate Stripe booking page
- An overhauled GTM integration allowing you to track your Google Ad spend and conversions
- Improved date & time availability - making it easier for patients to book, and less churn on the process
- No practitioner preference / allow patients to choose no practitioner, or bypass practitioner selection altogether
- Integration with Patient App referral scheme - easily track referrals from patients via the app
We're really excited to get this into the wild, and as we roll it out to our users, look forward to feedback to help us improve it even further!
